Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term, sustainable supply chain strategies that align with business goals.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in strategic initiative development and execution.

  • Lead enterprise-wide supply chain assessments to identify strategic opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize inventory and distribution networks to enhance operational resilience and business performance.

  • Provide strategic oversight of end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring cost efficiency, service excellence, productivity improvements, and achievement of key business outcomes.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal business leaders and external strategic partners.

  • Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment of supply chain initiatives with organizational priorities

  • Lead annual budgeting, capital planning, and resource allocation processes to support strategic supply chain objectives.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.

Experience

  • 10-15 years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.

  • Experience managing night shift operations is advantageous.

  • Experience with Autonomous Mobility Robots on a user end is advantageous.

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of driving business transformation and operational excellence.

  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop diverse teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated resilience and agility in navigating complex business environments and managing large-scale operational demands.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive reporting skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective cross-functional partnerships.

  • Knowledge of supply chain risk management, business continuity planning, and operational resilience strategies.
