The candidate of Investor Relations & Capital Markets will assist in communications with investors, analysts, and board / internal stakeholders while supporting the company’s financing strategy. This role is responsible for shaping the company’s equity and debt market narrative, managing external relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling communications. The candidate will play a critical role in enhancing investor confidence, driving access to capital, and supporting the company’s growth strategy in the data center sector.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Investor Relations

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and analysts

·       Lead the preparation of earnings materials, investor decks, board presentation, and FAQs

·       Support investor inquiries, ensuring clear and consistent communication

·       Track investor sentiment and market feedback to guide leadership decisions

·       Ensure consistency across investor, media, and corporate communications

Capital Markets & Financing

·       Support the execution of financing strategies, including equity, debt and mezzanine financing

·       Conduct financial and strategic analysis to evaluate capital-raising opportunities

·       Liaise with banks, underwriters, and advisors on capital markets transactions

·       Monitor covenants, credit ratings, and benchmarks to optimize capital structure

Board & Executive Support

·       Deliver board-level reports on capital markets activity, investor engagement, and financing options

Market & Peer Analysis

·       Benchmark peers in the data center and infrastructure sectors

·       Assess market dynamics and capital trends to anticipate opportunities and risks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance

  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and valuation methodologies

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders

  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, investor-friendly messaging

  • High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability

  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure, or real estate sectors is highly advantageous
