Are you ready to elevate clinical standards and shape the future of orthopedic excellence across the Asia-Pacific region? As an Associate Clinical Education Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in driving the clinical proficiency and procedural success of our Joint Reconstruction (Hip and Shoulder) portfolio. This is an opportunity to exert significant influence across the APAC region, ensuring our teams have the specialized knowledge to deliver life-changing technologies to patients.

In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between cutting edge medical technology and the representatives who support them in the operating room. You will be responsible for defining key learning objectives and ensuring that every training program leads to measurable behavior change and refined clinical skills.

How You Will Drive Clinical Excellence

  • Deliver High-Impact Training: You will develop and facilitate clinical education programs—both in-class and virtually—focused on increasing the technical impact and procedural confidence of our field teams.
  • Measure Skill Development: You will conduct ongoing evaluations of program effectiveness, using feedback to ensure training leads to tangible skill development and long-term success.
  • Launch New Technologies: You will partner closely with divisional stakeholders to ensure the seamless clinical integration of new Hip and Shoulder technologies across the APAC region.
  • Own Regional Curriculums: You will lead the governance of our APAC clinical curriculums, maintaining high educational standards across a diverse network of regional trainers.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Experts: You will lead discussions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to design educational materials that incorporate deep healthcare professional expertise.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Clinical Insight: You possess the technical expertise required to facilitate complex orthopedic education programs and understand market positioning.
  • Educational Proficiency: You are experienced in creating content, defining learning objectives, and aligning training curriculum to meet specific performance goals.
  • Professional Experience: You have 6+ years of work experience, with a preferred background in the medical device industry or clinical marketing.
  • Communication & Influence: You have excellent presentation skills and the ability to be persuasive in complex, multi-functional environments.
  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA is preferred to help navigate the strategic requirements of the APAC region.

Program Design

  • Responsible for creating and helping deliver educational content, processes, and training programs
  • Defines key learning objectives for training curriculum and requires all training program content is aligned to objectives

Collaborate with Key Stakeholders

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Drive 3rd party contract negotiations

Project Management

  • Leads sales education program coordination and logistics
  • Supports content delivery
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align sales education course objectives with sales and marketing priorities

Training Delivery

  • Active role in education program management through on-site leadership and engaging with HCP & Stryker customers
  • Develop, facilitate and/or deliver sales education in-class or virtually​

Effectiveness Measurement

  • Conduct on-going evaluation on effectiveness of education programs and responsible for solicitating feedback to ensure future improvements/success of program

Key Stakeholder Management (internal and external)

  • Develops network of key internal/external stakeholders, gathers VOC/feedback, and recommends/implements plans for sales enablement

Organizational Capabilities

  • Ability to assess resource needs and make recommendations to optimize the value of our sales education

Brand Stewardship

  • Cascade divisional/sales education branding and strategy
  • Support and implement branding to drive excellence in our industry

Communication Planning

  • Create content and messaging in partnership with Marketing Communications and utilize most effective platform

Travel Percentage: 30%
