We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Video Editor & Assistant Producer Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full video production lifecycle — from pre-production to post-production — and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the media and content creation industry.
Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
- Support projects across pre-production, production, and post-production stages
- Assist videographers with equipment setup, teardown, and on-site support during shoots
- Edit both long-form and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, following defined styles and guidelines
- Assist with post-production tasks including subtitling, motion graphics, and creative edits
Editorial Support
- Organize and manage footage, audio files, and other production assets
- Source music, stock footage, and visual elements for video projects
- Support storyboarding and content ideation processes
Production / Assistant Producer Support
- Assist in talent casting and location scouting
- Provide on-site production support during filming
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and production-related activities
- Prepare and manage post-production documentation
General Support
- Assist with day-to-day production and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Basic camera knowledge with hands-on experience preferred
- Basic understanding of colour grading and audio post-production (or willingness to learn)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong interest in storytelling, content creation, or the media industry
