  • Develop and maintain strong expertise in the wealth domain, and proactively share relevant industry, market, and technology developments with the team.

  • Drive front-to-back operational efficiency and business revenue improvements through platform, process, and innovation initiatives.

  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and ensure solution decisions remain anchored to target business outcomes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, documentation standards, and requirement quality across Agile and Waterfall initiatives.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise, business analysis capability, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced banking technology environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of wealth products and associated front-to-back processes, such as financial needs analysis, trade execution, settlement, reconciliation, and post-settlement events, with at least 1-2 areas of functional expertise.

  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and switch context across multiple wealth initiatives and delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall projects.

  • Strong outcome orientation, with high levels of diligence, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality, consistent deliverables.

  • Experience in driving digital initiatives with Business and Operations stakeholders will be a strong advantage.

  • Experience in requirement decomposition, process mapping, workshop facilitation, and test scenario support is highly desirable.
