Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design of the appearance and performance of pages on Ecommerce websites, including UX and UI, functionalities, maintenance, housekeeping, and developments
- Work directly with designers and project managers for the implementation of designs
- Work with backend developers for integration between frontend and backend systems
- Write reusable and efficient code
- Assist/support in the development and maintenance of marketing content
- Ensure websites are cross-browser compatible
- Provide input on design and technical issues
- Assist with various duties related to the project and tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Web Design, Information Technology, or User Interface related fields
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in CMS systems like ContentStack, Salesforce CMS, etc
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, XML, and cross-browser techniques
- Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or other prototyping tools
- Familiar with working with APIs in application development
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Deep understanding and experience with web and internet standards
- Working knowledge of image optimization and SEO is advantageous
- Working experience or interest in the fashion industry
