Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design of the appearance and performance of pages on Ecommerce websites, including UX and UI, functionalities, maintenance, housekeeping, and developments
  • Work directly with designers and project managers for the implementation of designs
  • Work with backend developers for integration between frontend and backend systems
  • Write reusable and efficient code
  • Assist/support in the development and maintenance of marketing content
  • Ensure websites are cross-browser compatible
  • Provide input on design and technical issues
  • Assist with various duties related to the project and tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Web Design, Information Technology, or User Interface related fields
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience in CMS systems like ContentStack, Salesforce CMS, etc
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, XML, and cross-browser techniques
  • Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or other prototyping tools
  • Familiar with working with APIs in application development
  • Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Deep understanding and experience with web and internet standards
  • Working knowledge of image optimization and SEO is advantageous
  • Working experience or interest in the fashion industry
