About the job:
- Assist the Project Manager / Engineer with the execution of contract progress.
- Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of the schedule.
- Site co-ordination, monitoring, and reporting work progress.
- Assist in the preparation, checking, and submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, OMM, etc.
- Assist the Project Manager on all other project administrative matters.
- Assist Energy Audits (training will be provided).
About you:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV-related BMS or M&E projects.
- Possess relevant safety certificates.
- Hands-on experience for on-site equipment and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Knowledge in Green Building Certification (Green Mark) and Measurement and Verification System is an advantage.
