About the job:

  • Assist the Project Manager / Engineer with the execution of contract progress.
  • Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of the schedule.
  • Site co-ordination, monitoring, and reporting work progress.
  • Assist in the preparation, checking, and submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, OMM, etc.
  • Assist the Project Manager on all other project administrative matters.
  • Assist Energy Audits (training will be provided).

About you:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV-related BMS or M&E projects.
  • Possess relevant safety certificates.
  • Hands-on experience for on-site equipment and system troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Knowledge in Green Building Certification (Green Mark) and Measurement and Verification System is an advantage.
