Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Cadence
- Owner of Business Opportunity Management and chair the weekly BO Day Meeting
- Provide Weekly Dashboard for review and analysis on team performance (Revenue, Sell-out/through, operation KPIs, etc.)
- Provide insight to HOD on business health and identify improvement area
SD
- Manage overall sales deduction operation and ensure accurate budget planning
- To coordinate and follow up with customers (with sales team) to liaise and follow up on invoices / documentation in order to complete the claims
- To liaise and follow up with Finance team on the claim process, progress, status in order to complete whole transaction / claims without delays
- To analyze the program effectiveness and work with Channel sales and PM on managing the program budget and timely accrual
Sales Force
- Responsible for B2B order processing and CRM tools administration (Salesforce.com)
- Salesforce.com Account Maintenances, eg. Account creation & assignment
- Collaborate with sales on updating Salesforce (CRM system) for B2B project pricing, BO stages & roll-out
B2B Operation
- Monitoring and process Purchase Order (PO) from customer and track the status
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery based on the customer PO
- Collaborate with logistic on delivery booking
- Collaborate with SCMs (cross BU) on forecasting and delivery planning (with sales team)
- Manage overall software/license processes; order processing, license key registration; issuing PO to HQ
- Manage Warranty registration; serial number validation and collaborate with CS team on issuing certificate
- Maintain Channel Inventory reports provided by Distributor and upload into system
Skills and Qualifications
· Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in CRM/Analytics/Sales operation
· Strong with Microsoft Excel, possess excellent analytical skills and problem solving attitude
· Good organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal skill to work effectively across function and lines of business.
· Results-oriented and meticulous.
