The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.
- Coordinate with Sales/ Marketing, Engineering and Production in Daily QC Operation Requirement.
- Maintaining Quality Control Plan, CMM Inspection Program and VMI Inspection Program for All Running Products.
- Provide Training to all QC Staffs based on RMR/ MRB Corrective and Prevent Recurrence.
- Coordinate Customer Return Investigation with QA, Sales, Production and Engineering.
- Monitor IQC, IPQC & FGI Lot Acceptance Rate and DPPM.
- Implement & Maintain RMR/ MRB/ Inspection Continual Improvement Program.
- Monitor RMR/ MRB Opening and Closure Cycle Time.
- Hold routine meetings with employees to ensure their understanding of business and technical issues.
- Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time.
