We invite suitable candidates to apply for the Assistant Director / Manager position with CCDS. Reporting to the Head, Research and Graduate Programmes, the incumbent will provide overall leadership for CCDS’s graduate programs and continuing education portfolio, balancing strategic growth with strong governance, financial sustainability and service excellence for faculty, learners and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Industry Engagement & Partnership Development

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, employers, and training partners.

  • Develop collaboration agreements and identify workforce training opportunities.

  • Translate industry needs into impactful learning solutions.

Programme Development & Corporate Training

  • Collaborate with faculty staff and industry experts to co-develop Continuing Education and Training (CET) and Graduate Programmes aligned with SkillsFuture and adult learning needs.

  • Design customised training solutions for corporate clients and oversee end-to-end program delivery. 

  • Drive innovation in modular and flexible learning formats.

Outreach, Recruitment & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support outreach and marketing initiatives to attract working professionals and corporate learners

  • Represent NTU, CCDS at industry events, seminars and education fairs.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance programmes visibility and growth.

Funding, Operations and Performance Management

  • Ensure proposals and documents are in full compliance with funding requirements and KPIs

  • Coordinate with NTU Academy for Professional and Continuing Education (NTU PACE) to support smooth programme delivery and operations.

  • Monitor programme performance, learner outcomes and revenue targets using data-driven insights.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of programme administrators to ensure operational excellence and achievement of strategic goals.

  • Lead and support the team for outreach events

Requirements

  • A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in programme management, business development, corporate training, continuing education, or a similar role with at least 3 – 5 years of people management experience.

  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, faculty, and external partners.

  • Strong communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of Singapore’s continuing education and lifelong learning landscape is an advantage.

  • May require occasional evening or weekend support for outreach events, as well as overseas travel for stakeholder engagement and outreach activities.
