PURPOSE
This role will focus on business development with emphasis on growing our digital business through with intermediaries and other partners. The scope covers both digital life and general insurance products.
Reporting directly to the Head of GI and Digital commerce, you will be working closely with the digital business and FA distribution teams within the organisation to unlock growth for digital products through partnership channels.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Develop strategies and tactics to grow FWD’s digital business through partnership channels such as IFAs, brokers and affinity partners.
- Propose actionable marketing plans & campaigns to achieve sustainable growth
- Develop, manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new partners. This includes conducting product training and organising relationship building sessions.
- Manage the lead-generation programme with partners to drive discussion with partners to improve sales conversions.
- Prepare commercial partnership arrangements to ensure regulatory compliance and business viability
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of business propositions and operations.
- Draft and review contracts for partnerships, including obtaining the necessary approvals and signoffs
- Manage and prepare sales reports and analysis and providing recommendations in accordance to market changes, aligning with company’s directions.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Possess Insurance Professional Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FI;
- Knowledge of IFA industry, GI and Life protection products.
- GI and Life insurance certifications is a requirement
