The Assistant Business Support Manager is responsible for formulating and implementing policies, providing quality service for sales management, handling merchant engagement processes, leading insights and data warehousing projects, ensuring administrative support, and assisting in marketing events and compliance initiatives.
- Formulate policies and procedures (SOPs and eTRS Compliance Management) and implement them effectively.
- Responsible for providing quality service for sales management to the South Accounts.
- Responsible for the end-to-end Merchant engagement process from contracts to statements preparation and release, reconciliation and payment follow up.
- Master-user of Aerofiler.
- Lead the BI Insights Subscription, Data Warehousing of all systems, and Fraud investigations.
- Ensure general administrative support across all areas of the business and business wide processes.
- Act as the secondary member to complete the affiliation processes and IRAS compliance officer.
- Assist in marketing events and ad-hoc campaigns project management.
- Any other ad-hoc business support requirements.
