How you succeed
You will be responsible for BAU support of in-house microservices applications, ensuring system stability, quick incident resolution, and seamless operations across distributed services.s. Your ability to collaborate, innovate, and adapt to changing requirements will be key to your success.
What you do
Provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot service/API failures, and resolve data issues.
Monitor systems using observability tools and dashboards.
Manage incidents, perform log-based root cause analysis, and ensure SLA adherence.
Support deployments, batch jobs, and environment checks.
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
Who you are
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5–8 years in application support (microservices/distributed systems).
Strong Core Java knowledge (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with ELK stack for log monitoring and analysis.
Strong expertise in root cause analysis using logs.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and ticketing tools.
Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and cloud (AWS/Azure) is an advantage.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana/Splunk is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to handle production incidents under pressure.
