This is an excellent opportunity to join our APJ Bioproduction Group ("BPG') Finance team as a Finance Manager. Acting as an individual contributor, you collaborate with BPG commercial, sales, supply chain, and finance teams across Asia pacific & Japan, to drive financial excellence and contribute to our growth objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key individual contributor, you will:
- Act as a trusted business partner to commercial leaders within BPG divisions across APJ, driving profitable growth and central initiatives.
- Lead comprehensive financial planning processes, collaborating with commercial teams to develop detailed Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and forecasts.
- Spearhead the development of the 5-year Strategic Plan (STRAP) in collaboration with APJ countries and BPG divisions.
- Coordinate APJ submissions for global monthly and quarterly business reviews with APJ Corporate and BPG.
- Conduct financial evaluations to support new investments, capital expenditures, projects, and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with global systems and reporting teams to ensure high-quality financial data and continuous improvement in management reporting.
- Implement and drive performance measures to improve commercial and sales performance, aiming to achieve and exceed business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy and target setting.
- Continuously work to improve APJ finance and operations processes by bringing to bear digitization and AI.

- Be confident in interacting with all levels of the organization, encouraging positive relationships.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of working experience in a multinational corporation (MNC).
- The ability to work effectively with different countries through a matrix organization.
- A strong drive for achieving results and continuous improvement.
- Expert level proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos) and Database Management Systems (SQL).
Expert level proficiency in Excel.
Ability to take financial data and present in a coherent manner to senior management.
