    Role Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Supervisor to lead and manage our APAC Engineered Pump Sourcing team. The role will be responsible for delivering operational objectives, ensuring exceptional supply chain service levels, and driving the lowest total cost of acquisition for direct materials. This position plays a crucial part in aligning regional market and product strategies with Flowserve's global supply chain initiatives to support business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead APAC sourcing initiatives to optimize spend, savings, and supplier performance.

    • Maximize spend under contract to enhance compliance and improve buyer efficiency.

    • Directly manage the sourcing team within the assigned region, fostering collaboration and professional development.

    • Align supply chain strategies with Business Unit (BU) objectives in collaboration with BU Supply Chain Leadership.

    • Ensure adherence to global standard processes, ethics, and compliance across the supply chain.

    • Manage supply chain headcount and resources within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with business expectations regarding PO management and on-time delivery (OTD).

    • Drive operational excellence by meeting targets for procurement, cost reduction, and transformation initiatives.

    • Collaborate with global supply chain teams to ensure regional needs are addressed in global sourcing strategies and supplier performance projects.

    • Develop business cases for critical projects, including savings, investment proposals, and ROI calculations.

    • Standardize processes across regions in collaboration with other Regional Supply Chain Managers.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive supply chain experience within global multinational companies, combined with a strong track record of overall supply chain management expertise.

    • Flexible and willing to travel up to 50% as required by the role.

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in business (preferably ISM) or engineering.

    • Ability to manage operational metrics and needs, with a focus on delivering results.

    • Wide cultural adaptability and change-oriented mindset.

    • Strong influencing capabilities and effective listening skills.

    • Proficient in written and verbal English.

    • Proven experience in managing supply chain teams and achieving business transformation.

    Preferred Experience / Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a matrix organizational structure.

    • Professional accreditation in Supply Chain (APICS, PMA, ASQ, CSCP, etc.) is highly desirable.

    • Stress-resistant and able to work under pressure.
