Role Purpose

This role will proactively support and improve the Amplifi compliance environment to ensure we are in line with global best practice. Work in partnership with the in-market and Global Amplifi teams to ensure our compliance environment is best in class and sufficiently robust to be open to scrutiny from the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key member of the Risk & Compliance team responsible for leading and running in-market reviews of current trading models and compliance with Amplifi best practice and Group policies.

 

Collaborating with Commercial, Legal, Finance and other teams across the network to ensure there’s an aligned understanding of the compliance environment and correct processes in place to ensure delivery.

 

The role will also support the business with ensuring new and existing models are structured to make following the compliance methodology as simply as possible. We are seeking a compliance professional to work with us to keep us on track as well as help implement robust strategies for the future.

 

The role may involve some international travel.

 

What You Will Do

  • Support Amplifi management on all compliance issues
  • Drive and support the improvement of the compliance program within the Amplifi network
  • Analyse the transactional processes for all income types, as well as client contractual terms and ensure that all risks of revenue leakage are mitigated.
  • Assess the robustness of controls around income generating transactions and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Lead the training of the wider agency in compliance related matters.
  • Communicate to dentsu/appropriate personnel any new financial and commercial group policies, and ensure these are being implemented.
  • Develop and roll-out Global Commercial Compliance policies and procedures

 

Risk & Compliance Reviews

  • Deliver onsite and remote media income reviews
  • Support the Risk & Compliance team on understanding sources of media income and identify opportunities that could be delivered from the diversification program
  • Develop and support risk management systems for all streams of media income
  • Establish improved BI for Amplifi and finance community to reduce risks and improve opportunity identification.
  • Production of detailed report on media income compliance and opportunities for improvement

 

Skills and Experience:   

  • Fully Qualified accountant
  • Previous experience in audit/ risk management
  • Knowledge of media income trading models a plus
  • Experience of operating within a multinational business
  • Previous exposure to UK and US GAAP
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
