As a PMO Manager, you will oversee project direction and governance, ensure timely deliverables, and lead regional PMO initiatives while managing financial reporting.

Description of the Role
- As a Regional PMO Manager with Centric, you role with be equally split between PMO responsibilities (50%) and Project Direction responsibilities (50%)
- Your Project Direction responsibilities will include:
- Governance of Centric Software key customer account. In Particular, you will:
- Ensure the successful delivery of a C8 PLM implementation project, through close working with the Centric Project Manager.
- Manage project escalations within Centric and/or with the customer
- Attend Project Steering Committee meetings
- Working with Centric Presales and Sales team colleagues, draft and maintain service offers (SOW) inherent to projects, and ensure compliance with contractual commitments by the parties.
- Manage client expectations based on Centric's obligations.
- When needed, you may also:
- Participate in Business Requirements Gathering workshops
- Support and coach the project team during the project execution
- Participate in application design
- Ensure that C8 PLM configuration practices best practices are enforced.
- Consolidate description of new product requirements and work with Centric R&D to define delivery targets.
- Ensuring that your projects are delivered with all three of the metrics below met:
- On time delivery
- On budget delivery (client budget and Centric margin)
- High customer satisfaction (“customer referenceability”)
- Ensuring that a personal billable utilization target of 50% is met after your initial 3 months onboarding period
- Governance of Centric Software key customer account. In Particular, you will:
- Your PMO responsibilities will include:
- Lead the execution of Centric Regional PMO Transformation initiatives
- Aligning with management team
- Devising strategy and roadmap
- Running weekly alignment with Project Managers
- Developing tools and policies
- Contributing to the Global PMO initiative
- Develop new changes (templates, policies, frameworks, etc)
- Rollout new changes, training PMs on new tools, processes, procedures etc
- Participate in the PMs Hiring process
- Participating in regular Global PMO meetings
- Monitoring and Enforcing the proper usages of PMO Best Practices
- Prepare and support regular management reports
- Regular reporting on contract performance (sales order consumption, timesheet reports, AOS reports)
- Partner with Finance teams on resolving queries and issues arising on Billing and Revenue topics
- Administer relevant master data and Professional Services Automation (PSA) reports and system configurations.
- Support Regional Management and Regional Operations by :
- Monitoring Regional Revenue reports
- Monitoring Regional Billing reports
- Monitoring Billability and Utilization of the Regional team
- Monitoring Regional resource allocation / resourcing
- Monitoring FOC work (Free Of Charge) on all Regional accounts
- Provide regular financial and staffing forecast updates to the Regional Management Team
- Participate to Ad hoc day to day operation issues resolutions (billing, revenue, reconciliations,…)
- Provide regular reports to Regional and Centric Management on the topics listed above
- Lead the execution of Centric Regional PMO Transformation initiatives
Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Director and/or PMO Manager in the software industry.
- Track record of multiple successful large Software implementations (>$1M services budget).
- PMP (or Prince2) Certification is preferred; other certifications a plus.
- Track record of successful PMO transformation Initiatives.
- In depth knowledge with agile project methodologies and practices.
- Good working knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) is required.
- Experience in IT within retail, fashion, luxury, outdoor, FMCG or other industries targeted by Centric Software a plus.
- Ability to learn new industries, practices and methodologies quickly.
- Organized, self-motivated, proactive and structured personality. High level of detail and accuracy.
- Commercial mindset, appreciating the motivation and priorities of both Centric Software and our customers.
- High level of ability to work with team colleagues in a collaborative, respectful, professional environment - remotely with the use of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
Other Considerations
- The role is primarily working from home, but some travel is expected - either to customers or to team events in the Region or globally.
- Remuneration is based on seniority and experience
- You will report to the Regional Vice President.
