APAC Logistics Analyst is a data-driven problem solver who ensures logistics operations across the region are cost-efficient, reliable, and optimized, while navigating the complexity of multiple countries. Typically works within Bosch’s regional supply chain or logistics organization, supporting operations across Asia-Pacific. The role usually combines data analysis, operational support, and process improvement.

1.           Logistics / Transportation Damage and Claim Follow up 

  • Check and follow up internally based on the freight forwarder/logistics providers updates on the open damage/claims shipments

2.           Reporting & Carrier Management Support

  • Collecting shipment reports from Global Freight Forwarder, measure and analyse logistics KPI for on-time delivery (OTD), transport cost and efficiency for Air Freight, Sea Freight and Overland.
  • Track and analyse freight costs across APAC. Audit invoices and detect discrepancies.
  • Build dashboard and reports (often in Excel, Power BI or similar system/tools)
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks and root causes of logistics issues
  • Support monthly/ quarterly performance reviews across APAC by providing performance scorecard.
  • Support RFQs/RFPs (focus on collecting business requirement aligning with BOSCH Service Catalogue/ MOP format).

3.           Process Improvement and Digitalization  

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
  • Help implement logistics tools, automation and system upgrades
  • Standardize process across APAC countries

Stay informed on logistics industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in logistics and supply chain analytics.

Qualifications

  • Candidate should speak Chinese.  
  • Good knowledge of supply chain & logistics concepts. At least 3-5 years working experience in supply chain related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good skillset in Microsoft office, Power BI (bonus points on TMS & WMS)
  • Attention to detail and process mindset

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
