Job Description:

The APAC Education Execution Lead – Hip & Shoulder (EEL) will be responsible for the DePuy Synthes (DS) clinical standards and strategy for the hip and shoulder portfolios, ensuring the Global Learning and Development framework for the DS Joints business is executed across Asia Pacific. The individual will work closely with Clinical Training Managers in each market to ensure consistent execution of DS (Joints) Foundation programs aligned with the Global Standards.

The EEL will work with Global Education Leaders to shape and develop Global Advanced and Mastery learning pathways for the hip & shoulder portfolios and will be directly responsible for Advanced and Mastery program execution across Asia Pacific, as well as NPI acceleration. The EEL will also be responsible for delivering Train-the-Trainer programs for CTM’s and others involved in education activities in market.

The EEL will partner closely with APAC and Market based Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure the education strategy and execution for Advanced and Mastery reflects the business needs and the commercial strategy, including selecting appropriate delivery modalities based on the education needs of the learners.

In addition to Commercial Education responsibilities, the EEL will possess deep procedural knowledge and be a Subject Matter Expert for DS implant and technology solutions. The EEL will be available for targeted customer engagements to support NPI launch excellence in markets and at Professional Education programs to enhance HCP understanding and utilization of DS implant and technology solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Strong experience in orthopedics, joint reconstruction, medical devices, clinical education, or healthcare professional training.

  • Deep knowledge of Hip & Shoulder procedures, implants, and surgical technologies.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering professional education programs and adult learning initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence regional and global cross-functional teams.

  • Experience supporting product launches, surgeon education, and technology adoption.

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel across Asia Pacific to support training and customer engagements.

  • Clinical educator or healthcare professional with orthopedic expertise.

  • Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.

  • Strong collaborator comfortable working with surgeons, KOLs, sales, marketing, and global education teams.

  • Passionate about advancing surgical excellence and healthcare professional capability development.
