Job Description

About the Role

Reporting to the APAC Senior Brand Manager, you'll be a brand specialist within the APAC Marketing Strategy team. Your primary focus will be developing brand strategy and leading key projects that strengthen customer engagement across the APAC region. You'll oversee both regional strategy and local execution in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Implementation:

  • Partner with the APAC Senior Brand Manager to drive brand strategy across all Group brands (SEEK, Jobstreet, Jobsdb, Jora and ESV partners)
  • Embed SEEK's brand positioning across all customer touchpoints
  • Lead and implement brand projects that deliver on our vision
  • Collaborate with Creative Studio to ensure consistent brand communications

Campaign & Market Management:

  • Work with Integrated Campaigns and Country Marketing Teams (MY, SG & HK) on campaign briefs
  • Manage APAC brand sponsorships and partnerships to enhance visibility and trust
  • Adapt brand assets for local audiences based on insights from country teams
  • Maintain brand architecture consistency across all platforms

Performance & Relationships:

  • Monitor metrics and brand health indicators to drive performance KPIs
  • Manage brand budget with accurate forecasting and reconciliations
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers
  • Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Product, Sales, and HR

About the Team

The APAC Marketing Strategy team shapes marketing and brand strategy, manages research studies, integrates customer insights, and drives marketing operational alignment across APAC.

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise:

  • 5+ years marketing experience with strong focus on brand strategy and management
  • Expert understanding of media channels and marketing segments
  • Strategic thinking with data-driven problem-solving abilities

Skills:

  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and budget management experience
  • Collaborative leadership with outstanding stakeholder management
  • Creative mindset balanced with business focus
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
