Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Private Capital Markets (Product Development), you will be supporting the Private Capital Markets, Product Development team in the following:

Responsibilities

  • Fund Structuring & Launch: Support the structuring and launch of new private fund vehicles and investment products on a global basis across Private Equity Real Estate, Alternative Assets, and Lodging – including sectors such as Data Centres, Serviced Residences/Co‑Living, Credit, and Infrastructure.

  • Deal Execution Support: Work closely with the Fund Management and Capital Raising teams to drive new and existing fund initiatives, including preparation and review of investor marketing materials and legal offering documents.

  • Investor Due Diligence: Manage investor due diligence processes end-to-end – address investor queries, organize and maintain secure data rooms, and ensure timely delivery of due diligence materials.

  • Compliance & Onboarding: Support all compliance and regulatory workflows during fund setup and investor onboarding, including Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and documentation.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Assist in maintaining the firm’s track record database and benchmarking data for investments, and support the completion of RFPs, investor questionnaires, and industry surveys to showcase performance and capabilities.

  • Performance Tracking: Assist in maintaining the firm’s investment management track record, including the compilation and upkeep of performance data and benchmarking metrics across fund strategies and vintages.

  • RFPs & Industry Surveys: Support the preparation and completion of RFPs, investor questionnaires, and industry surveys to effectively communicate the firm’s capabilities, track record, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate fund management, financial institutions, real estate development/operations, or financial advisory – with direct exposure to fund raising, investments, or corporate finance in a private equity real estate context.

  • Industry Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of private equity real estate fund structures, investment processes, and capital raising mechanics. (Prior experience in fund structuring and project management is a plus.)

  • Analytical & Presentation Skills: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with hands-on experience in financial modelling, creating pitch books/investor presentations, and reviewing complex fund documentation.

  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; adept at managing data and producing clear presentations/reports.

  • Data analysis Skills: Skilled in data analysis with a strong focus on detail and accuracy

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively; comfortable working across diverse functions, cultures, and geographies to drive results.

  • Legal Documentation: Experience or familiarity with fund legal documentation (e.g. offering memoranda, partnership agreements).

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
