Mercer Marsh Benefits is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:

Analyst - Broking Support (6-month contract)

We will count on you to:

  • Support Account Manager in basic aspects of policy management, proposal preparation and presentation creation to better serve clients.

  • Assist Client Relationship Managers to prepare documentation and help with collecting and comparing quotes and reviewing existing client insurance and risk programs to ensure document accuracy.

  • Support the renewal cycle by ensuring renewal protocol is completed (via tools available), gathering information, preparing quotes, renewal decks and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on-time in accordance with our professional standards.

  • Review coverage specifications to be submitted to carriers/underwriters to ensure they are accurate.

  • Assist Account Manager review information pertaining to client insurance programs to ensure the information is accurate.

  • Help prepare communication materials post renewal placement.

  • Maintain proper records and input the necessary information into the database to ensure the smooth continuation of the CRM process.

  • Work with Account Manager to maintain proper records for reporting and audit purposes.

  • Exercise basic technical understanding of the SME business to better assist the Broker.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
