WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role partners with Nike Direct Planning, Store teams, Marketplace Operations, Logistics, and Supply & Inventory teams across Southeast Asia & India. Reporting to the Assortment Planning Manager, the Allocator collaborates closely with other Allocators and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product flow and healthy inventory.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is seeking a detail-driven Allocator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong analytical and communication skills. This individual will play a critical role in executing receipt plans and seasonal load-ins to maximize sales and support promotional strategies. Success in this role requires precision, collaboration, and the ability to identify opportunities through data insights. The ideal candidate is confident in engaging cross-functional teams, adept at managing multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining a clean, healthy marketplace.

Key Qualifications:

  • Based in Singapore

  • 2 years of experience in planning or allocation role for a large retailer

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Just Enough preferred

  • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll execute receipt plans and seasonal allocations to deliver on sales and inventory goals. Your work will ensure stores have the right product at the right time, driving consumer moments and promotional success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Nike Direct Planning, Store teams, and Marketplace Operations to align inventory strategies

  • Manage daily receipts and seasonal load-ins across SEA&I stores

  • Analyze weekly trade reports to identify gaps and opportunities

  • Monitor aged inventory flow to maintain a clean marketplace

  • Collaborate with Merchandise Financial Planners and Location Planners on key consumer moments

  • Support process improvements and share best practices across territories

  • Build strong relationships with Distribution Center and cross-functional teams
