We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help shape how our AI platform supports new model development, deployment, and monitoring on the client side. You'll be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and deploying AI models and systems in real-world environments. Your work ensures that custom AI builds are reliable, scalable, and well-integrated with existing IT infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Testing compatibility of AI models to be integrated into AI platform and production systems.
  • Optimizing algorithms for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency (e.g., reducing latency, model compression).
  • Setting up APIs and interfaces to expose AI functionality to client systems.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect and Forward Deployed Engineer and define new features that improve model lifecycle support.
  • Contribute reusable artifacts (sample notebooks, templates, benchmarks) for internal and external users.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years experience in data science or AI engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, including model training, validation, and inference in either Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Jupyter, and ML libraries within the specific domain area (e.g. OpenCV, PyTorch, Huggingface Transformers, Diffusers). 
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
  • Bonus: Experience supporting ML platforms, building internal tooling, or working cross-functionally with engineers and product teams.
