The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager (Hunter Profile) to join our Singapore-based Enterprise International team.

This is not a passive account management role — this is a hands-on, on-the-ground sales role where you will be expected to own your territory, drive new business, and expand existing enterprise accounts.

You’ll be operating at the forefront of Telstra’s international growth, working directly with enterprise customers across Singapore and the region to win new logos, grow wallet share, and deliver high-value connectivity solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of a defined enterprise customer base while actively hunting for new business opportunities

  • Drive new logo acquisition across Singapore’s enterprise market

  • Grow and expand existing accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Build strong, on-the-ground relationships with C-suite, IT and business leaders

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close

  • Position Telstra’s global portfolio including IP VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, DIA, cloud connectivity and security solutions

  • Develop and execute account and territory growth strategies aligned to revenue targets

  • Partner with internal solution and technical teams to deliver compelling, customer-centric solutions

About You

You are a results-driven, hunter-style sales professional with a strong background in enterprise telecommunications or technology sales.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in new business acquisition within enterprise sales

  • Strong background selling connectivity/network solutions (SD-WAN, MPLS, IP VPN, DIA, etc.)

  • A track record of closing complex, high-value deals

  • Experience working within global or regional telco providers

  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • A proactive, on-the-ground sales mindset — comfortable being in front of customers and driving outcomes

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build and execute sales strategies
