Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

The appointed candidate will be responsible for growing our Automated Mobility Solutions Portfolio (NITRO AIOPs, NITRO Mobile, NITRO GEO) into South East Asian Countries to Operators and SIs

This role will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding committed forecasts, bookings targets, increasing market share and gaining new product approvals within the accounts. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategy & account plan for strategic accounts.
  • Plans and successfully execute sales strategies to:
    • meet/exceed agreed sales quota. 
    • strategically develop customer relationship and grow business.
  • Provide customer trends & competitor information, adjusting plans and strategies as required.
  • Monthly sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Work with division product line management to develop the best products for our customers.
  • Deal with key negotiations personally as necessary.
  • Support and liaise with in-country team of Solution Engineers & Service Delivery Manager.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

  • Sales experience in technology related industry.
  • Fluent English
  • Good understanding of Wireless and Wireline Telecom technologies.
  • Good understanding of Service Provider Network operations.
  • Understanding of digital transformation processes and strategies.
  • Strong business sense and Industry knowledge of the South East Asia service providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout SEA region

Advanced Competencies:

  • Value Based Selling Capability while offering Business Cases/ Use Cases.
  • Able to build trust from all Customers and Viavi internal teams for having long term business as successful ones. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience related to sales in Related Industry.
  • BSEE, BSCS and/or engineering-related degree required with advanced technical degree desirable.
