About this team:

The Account Manager is part of our Demand Solutions team and works directly with Brands, Agencies and DSPs to manage and ensure successful execution of ad campaigns across Magnite platforms. The Demand Solutions team focuses on partnering the Demand Facilitation team to manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve team and company goals. This role is based in Singapore.

In this role you will:  

  • Collaborate with the Demand Facilitation team to manage client relationships and campaign; pre-sale and post-sale via in-market meetings and quarterly business reviews.

  • Help educate clients on Magnite’s offering and our supply.

  • Monitor pipeline and revenue tracking and manage progress toward the team and company goals.

  • Act as the go-to point of contact and subject matter expert for clients and their campaigns.

  • Strategically identify opportunities around account growth through leveraging data analysis.

  • Provide campaign reporting, insights and updates on a regular basis.

  • Help troubleshoot campaigns and proactively identify roadblocks preventing successful delivery and performance for a campaign.

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • Minimum 3-4 years in programmatic media buying. Work experience at an agency, DSP or SSP is a plus.

  • Solid experience in G-Suite (Sheets/Slides) and MS Office (Excel/Powerpoint), including pivot tables, chart-making, manipulation of large data sets and presentation slides.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Software is a plus

Nice to have:

  • Programmatic/analytics led solution experience,

  • Sound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem, 

  • Experience working with agencies and client direct clientele,

  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion,

  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment,

  • A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
