Summary

Drive pipeline build and revenue growth for Database Solutions across ASEAN by owning a defined set of accounts and executing a disciplined build, move, close motion in collaboration with core sales and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own ASEAN accounts (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore) for DB solution growth
  • Build pipeline primarily through Account Reviews, XBRs, and partner-led motions
  • Drive expansion at renewal and within existing SW footprint accounts
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle with strong focus on conversion and closure
  • Collaborate with Core AEs, partners, and SEs on deal execution
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in B2B tech sales (infra / database / observability preferred)
  • Strong pipeline generation and quota attainment track record
  • Experience managing ASEAN accounts and multi-country sales cycles
  • Ability to run structured customer conversations and drive outcomes
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (required); Bahasa Indonesia / Malay (preferred)

Success Metrics

  • Pipeline build vs target
  • Opportunity conversion rates
  • Revenue contribution from ASEAN DB business
  • Forecast accuracy
