Job Description- Bookkeeping for daily transactions. Prefer to have experience in maintaining full sets of accounts.
- Perform AP/AR function, such as aging report, payment/debts collection etc.
- Assist manager to prepare monthly and year end management reports, such as bank reconciliation, cashflow forecast, balance sheet schedule.
- Be responsible for fixed assets register and reconciliation.
- Ensure correct GST treatment and assist manager on tax relevant matters.
- Liaise with banker and auditor.
- Flexible and willing to multi-task.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
- Accounting diploma/degree
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Good skills in MS Office. Eg. Word, excel
- Prefer to have knowledge in ERP System
- Prefer to have experience in construction accounting
- Multi-tasker, matured and able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Team-player, good coordinator with team members
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
