We're looking for an experienced ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Program Manager to join our integrated marketing team. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, APJ, you'll be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing ABM campaigns across key accounts using multiple channels.
  • Collaborating with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to craft tailored account journeys targeting the relevant buying centers.
  • Creating segments of accounts and relevant contacts/personas using intent, firmographic, and engagement data for precise targeting.
  • Managing the creation of personalized content such as emails, ads, landing pages, and direct mail to engage target accounts.
  • Running campaigns across various channels—including digital, social, events, and offline—to influence accounts at every stage of their journey.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in field marketing, campaign management and people leadership skills in b2b tech companies across APJ
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and channels (ABM and related tools, web, social, SEM, display, content syndication, retargeting, webinar, email, mobile, community) including marketing automation capabilities
  • Experience in extensive interaction with sales and field marketing teams, working cross-functionally in a diverse APJ environment

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Some experience running account-based marketing highly preferred
  • Experience in establishing a shared service environment - either in-house or through an agency.
