Lead the design, delivery, and operation of secure, scalable software capabilities for AI security products. Own complex technical initiatives, make architectural decisions, investigate production issues, improve engineering practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and research teams. The role requires expertise in distributed systems, security engineering, backend platforms, cloud infrastructure, concurrency, networking, storage, APIs, and observability, with strong proficiency in Go, Rust, and Python.

Drive strategic partner alignment, pipeline generation, and revenue growth across Greater Asia. Develop partner business plans, execute joint go-to-market initiatives, collaborate with field sales on target accounts, expand partner capabilities through enablement and solution positioning, and lead business and pipeline reviews. The role requires extensive channel sales or alliance experience in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or enterprise software, plus knowledge of Singapore’s partner ecosystem and secure AI adoption.

Leads and scales Zscaler’s Greater Asia Solutions Consulting organization. Owns the technical sales motion, including discovery, proof-of-concept orchestration, architecture assurance, executive storytelling, pipeline inspections, win/loss analysis, capacity planning, and regional solution enablement. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve win rates, accelerate sales cycles, launch security offerings, develop pre-sales leaders, and translate field insights into product roadmaps.
