The role requires expertise in hardware configurations, physical connectivity, Linux/Unix, BIOS, out-of-band management, virtualization, scripting, and build automation. Occasional travel to a Singapore integration center is required.

Drive partner-sourced pipeline and regional revenue by developing cloud and technology alliance relationships. Build business plans, strengthen partner engagement and brand awareness, coordinate with internal sales and cross-functional teams, and advance opportunities through closure. The role requires cloud partner experience, cybersecurity and networking familiarity, collaboration with hyperscalers, and willingness to travel.

Owns regional partner program strategy and execution, from prioritization and business-case development through launch, adoption, stabilization, and scale. Collaborates with channel, sales, and global program leaders to adapt programs, influence senior stakeholders, improve partner economics, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Builds repeatable playbooks, resolves cross-functional issues, uses performance data to drive corrective action, and scales successful regional approaches globally.
