Leads public safety marketing strategy across APAC, including market analysis, annual planning, budgeting, product opportunities, integrated campaigns, distributor marketing, sales enablement, tenders, conferences, and regional stakeholder coordination. Partners with global and US marketing leaders to execute strategies, improve market penetration, support product launches, manage promotional activities, and measure campaign performance across diverse markets.

Supports APAC operations through recurring reports, dashboards, KPI analysis, delivery scorecards, root-cause investigations, and corrective-action tracking. Maintains SOPs, process maps, training records, and audit documentation. Coordinates continuous-improvement initiatives, automates reporting, improves data accuracy, analyzes costs and capacity, and prepares meeting materials and action registers. The role requires strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, ERP and PLM experience, and effective communication in a multinational operational environment.

Responsible for leading growth in the Government and Military segment in APAC, executing strategic sales plans, building customer relationships, and navigating procurement processes to achieve revenue growth.
