Supports the recruiting team by coordinating candidate interviews, assessments, onsite visits, and pre-employment processing. Prepares offer letters, facilitates background and reference checks, maintains compliant candidate documentation, manages job postings, schedules meetings, produces recruitment activity reports, and updates applicant tracking systems. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills, with onsite work three days per week.
