Leads commercial strategy and sales growth across Southeast Asia for entertainment, sports, and lifestyle brands. Oversees licensing and retail strategies, manages category accounts and sales teams, develops licensee and retailer partnerships, negotiates agreements, drives revenue forecasts, coordinates marketing and retail activities, conducts business reviews, and identifies new market opportunities. The role also supervises contract realization, supports team development, gathers market intelligence, and represents the company at trade fairs.

Twelve-month full-time internship supporting end-to-end recruitment across APAC, primarily China and Singapore. Duties include posting jobs, translating postings to Chinese, maintaining SmartRecruiters, screening CVs, shortlisting, candidate outreach and scheduling, coordinating interviews across time zones, talent sourcing, and assisting employer branding and recruitment projects while providing a positive candidate experience.
