Own OpenData product strategy, roadmaps, country strategies, user journeys, and market expansion across Southeast Asia. Research customer needs, identify data sources and partnerships, direct product development, ensure product quality, support customer success, and contribute to go-to-market and commercial activities. The role requires healthcare market understanding, analytics, database knowledge, stakeholder engagement, people development, and strong presentation and leadership skills.

Lead APAC implementations and configurations of Veeva Network and OpenData master data management solutions. Manage client stakeholders, project activities, risks, issues, changes, deliverables, and quality reviews. Analyze customer data, identify gaps and quality issues, advise on data matching and stewardship, and oversee validation. Provide technical guidance on APIs, integrations, data synchronization, UAT, and troubleshooting while supporting strategic consulting and mentoring activities.

The Senior Account Partner will promote Veeva QualityOne solutions, manage the sales cycle, and ensure customer success in the F&B and FMCG industries in ASEAN.
