Lead APAC Customer Success for international government accounts, driving post-sales adoption, customer health, renewals, and expansion. Build and coach a regional CSM team, create playbooks and adoption frameworks, partner cross-functionally across sales, product, engineering, services and support, and represent APAC Customer Success in global forums. Support mission-critical government, defence, and intelligence customers from Singapore and travel across APAC as required.

Senior executive to own the global Sovereign Satellite product line end-to-end: productization, P&L, GTM, pricing, delivery, localization, and industrial participation. Translate technical satellite capabilities into commercial offers, drive cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, finance, and sales, and ensure on-time production, launch, and sovereign transfer/training while supporting international capture and partnerships.

Provide order and technical support for APAC customers: handle inbound email/phone, process orders and quotations, submit tickets, deliver SaaS technical support, perform basic satellite imagery quality control, manage operational delivery, provide training and on-call support for high-value projects, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to resolve and escalate issues.
