Supervise production operators and technicians to meet daily manufacturing, quality, and safety targets. Drive sales, identify new business and RFQs, handle customer escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, support forecasting and inventory, prepare quotations and contracts, and deliver regular business updates and market intelligence.

Manage customer quality issues and CAPA, lead root-cause investigations, support ISO 9001 QMS, conduct internal audits, monitor process performance and calibration, and drive continuous improvement in a semiconductor production environment.
