Teams at Ultra Clean Technology

Leads supplier development, performance management, qualification, audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role evaluates supplier capabilities, improves manufacturing processes, monitors quality and delivery KPIs, supports first article inspections, conducts ISO and EHS audits, and drives Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, OEE, waste reduction, and capacity planning efforts. Requires cross-functional collaboration, executive reporting, supplier interaction, and approximately 25% travel.

Develops production plans based on customer demand, analyzes capacity and bottlenecks, monitors production progress, manages WIP and inventory, and mitigates material shortages. Coordinates with operations, materials, customers, and vendors to meet on-time delivery targets. Tracks KPIs, reconciles shipment discrepancies, evaluates schedule variance, supports supply-chain improvements, and serves as a subject matter expert for SAP setup and implementation.

Supervise production operators and technicians to meet daily manufacturing, quality, and safety targets. Manage cross-training, production documentation, shop-floor discipline, housekeeping, risk controls, and productivity improvement initiatives. Lead teams of more than 50 employees, support manufacturing activities, and work assigned day or night shifts in a cleanroom environment.
