UCT is looking for a talented Manager, Regional Sales to join us in Singapore!  

 

Responsible for managing and growing assigned local key customer accounts, driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop assigned local key accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews and opportunities assessments
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, RFQs
  • Serve as a primary contact for customer escalations and commercial matters
  • Coordinate with customer service, operations, logistics, planning and quality teams
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management activities
  • Prepare quotations, price agreements, and contract renewals
  • Provides regular business updates, forecasts and market intelligence to management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development
  • Experience supporting OEM, semiconductor, or manufacturing customers preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Good commercial acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused and results-oreiented
