Leads complex EMC testing projects from planning through reporting, develops test plans, analyzes results, and provides technical customer guidance. Operates, troubleshoots, maintains, and calibrates EMC equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and security compliance. Mentors junior laboratory staff, supports automation and process improvements, and manages project delivery against timelines and customer expectations.

Develops and manages laboratory test plans, evaluates product performance, analyzes results, and prepares technical reports. Leads testing projects and serves as the primary customer contact. Reviews samples, selects testing methods, interprets standards, designs and troubleshoots test setups, and maintains laboratory equipment. Trains personnel, drives process improvements, collaborates with engineering teams, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
