- Lead and execute complex EMC testing projects from planning through reporting.
- Develop test plans, analyze results, and prepare accurate technical reports.
- Serve as a technical expert for EMC standards, testing methodologies, and laboratory operations.
- Communicate with customers throughout the testing process and provide technical guidance.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate advanced EMC test equipment.
- Mentor and train junior laboratory personnel on testing procedures and best practices.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and laboratory efficiency.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and exceptional customer service.
- Support compliance with safety, security, and quality requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
- Typically 8+ years of experience in EMC testing, laboratory operations, or a related engineering field.
- Strong knowledge of EMC standards, testing procedures, and laboratory equipment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet customer expectations.
- Experience mentoring and coaching technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using automation to improve testing efficiency is highly desirable.
- Collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused mindset.
