Supports daily laboratory operations through sample handling, testing, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, documentation, and method validation. Assists with procurement, planning, budgeting, compliance, and continuous improvement. Trains laboratory personnel, maintains safety and regulatory standards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve laboratory efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Leads complex EMC testing projects from planning through reporting, develops test plans, analyzes results, and provides technical customer guidance. Operates, troubleshoots, maintains, and calibrates EMC equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and security compliance. Mentors junior laboratory staff, supports automation and process improvements, and manages project delivery against timelines and customer expectations.

Develops and manages laboratory test plans, evaluates product performance, analyzes results, and prepares technical reports. Leads testing projects and serves as the primary customer contact. Reviews samples, selects testing methods, interprets standards, designs and troubleshoots test setups, and maintains laboratory equipment. Trains personnel, drives process improvements, collaborates with engineering teams, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Manage customer accounts, collections, credit reviews, payment disputes, and receivables reporting. Analyze aging and accounts receivable data, maintain accurate ERP records, collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance, and identify process improvements. The role also supports compliance, customer account management, and team guidance.

Lead IP strategy and brand protection across Asia Pacific. Provide counsel on trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, domains, licensing, enforcement, and IP risk. Manage outside counsel, handle disputes and litigation, draft and negotiate IP and commercial agreements, and partner with business, product, and marketing teams to enable growth while protecting the company’s brands and innovations.

Manage and operate certification programs, reviewing controlled goods and certification schemes, leading moderate-complexity projects, supporting program owners and escalations, liaising with stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring quality and customer alignment.
