Manage privacy operations including data subject rights (DSR) intake and responses, PIAs/DPIAs, RoPA/data inventories, vendor privacy reviews, privacy tooling, metrics, and incident support to maintain global privacy program compliance.

Perform structural FEA using commercial CAE tools to evaluate static, dynamic, thermal, and fatigue behavior. Build models, apply materials/boundary conditions, run simulations (including explicit dynamics), validate with hand calculations and test correlation, support root-cause failure analysis, and produce technical reports while collaborating with design, test, and manufacturing teams.

Perform CFD and thermal simulations for electronics cooling at component, board, enclosure, and subsystem levels. Set up models, run steady-state and transient analyses, post-process results, correlate with test data, support V&V and certification needs, and document findings. Learn mesh strategy, solver settings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams under senior engineer guidance.

Lead IP strategy and brand protection across Asia Pacific. Provide counsel on trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, domains, licensing, enforcement, and IP risk. Manage outside counsel, handle disputes and litigation, draft and negotiate IP and commercial agreements, and partner with business, product, and marketing teams to enable growth while protecting the company’s brands and innovations.

Drive new business and revenue by selling testing, inspection and certification (TIC) services; build and manage prospect pipelines, conduct consultative presentations, prepare quotes, close deals, and collaborate with technical teams. Develop account penetration strategies, nurture long-term client relationships, and support branding and large-scale seminar activities to grow market share.

Perform FEA simulations (linear/nonlinear, dynamic, thermal, fatigue) using commercial CAE tools, build validated models, correlate results with tests, support V&V and failure investigations, document findings, and collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing to improve designs and workflows.
