Lead and deliver small-to-medium semiconductor and industrial construction projects: develop schedules, manage budgets and change control, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure governance, safety, client engagement, and capture project learnings.

Lead end-to-end cost management for large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects. Define cost strategies, manage cost planning, estimating, forecasting, contract administration and commercial risk. Lead HSE and construction coordination for large international projects, overseeing safety, quality, cost, schedule, contractor management, statutory inspections, site administration, and stakeholder communication to ensure project delivery and compliance.

Provide project administration and coordination for construction projects: manage documentation, meeting logistics, schedules, site access, compliance, and stakeholder communications while supporting contract administration and audits.

Serve as client representative to deliver complex construction projects from design handover through operational handover. Manage design and construction teams, NEC contract administration (CEMAR, EWNs, CEs), project controls, risk, schedule, scope, quality, compliance and stakeholder engagement while reporting to the PM Lead.
