Act as client's representative to lead construction project management for factories, R&D centers and large commercial facilities. Develop project plans, manage performance with KPIs, direct contractors and designers, handle resource procurement and HSE planning, and lead cross-functional teams. Opportunity to work on large-scale, advanced projects in partnership with CBRE.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for industrial/advanced manufacturing projects: plan, execute, monitor and close projects; manage cost, schedule, risk and quality; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers; ensure HSE and regulatory compliance; handle change control, claims and commercial matters; support tenders, handovers and lessons-learned; mentor junior project managers.

Support delivery of industrial and science projects across the lifecycle: conduct research and data collection, maintain project documentation and schedules, monitor progress and change control, prepare reports and meeting minutes, and liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to support communication and decision-making.
