Supports marketing and communications strategy in Japan by coordinating campaigns, brand initiatives, media relations, social media, digital marketing, events, internal communications, copywriting, stakeholder engagement, and ROI reporting. The role localizes global initiatives, develops Japanese and English content, manages external suppliers, maintains brand compliance, and contributes to leadership reporting.

Leads regional and APAC program management, providing strategic oversight, project governance, resource planning, procurement strategy, risk management, documentation audits, budgeting, and delivery guidance. Ensures project managers follow account standards, systems, tools, Playbook processes, and milestone requirements. Coordinates project resources, onboarding, stakeholder communication, project controls, approvals, and handover across property service lines while supporting scope, cost, schedule, and invoice management.

Manage project documentation systems, folders, registers, document numbering, drawings, RFIs, correspondence, and physical and digital records. Distribute project information to internal and external stakeholders, support project managers with vendor and contractor documentation, maintain filing quality and confidentiality, and help improve document management processes. The role requires Autodesk Construction Cloud expertise, strong Microsoft Office skills, effective stakeholder communication, and relevant experience on large-scale construction or advanced manufacturing projects.
