Oversee the planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, BMS, and FMCS systems for construction and renovation projects. Lead engineers, technicians, and contractors; manage schedules, budgets, scope, quality, safety, and technical issues; coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors; perform technical reviews including HVAC design, electrical load calculations, plumbing coordination, BIM integration, contract negotiation, and process improvements.

Oversee workplace health, safety, and environmental programs across industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineering environments. Responsibilities include developing HSE policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting inspections and risk assessments, investigating incidents, leading emergency preparedness, monitoring contractors, delivering safety training, maintaining compliance records, managing PPE, analyzing safety metrics, and supporting ISO 45001 systems.

Develop and implement procurement, supply chain, tender, and commercial contract strategies for offshore wind projects. Lead requests for information and proposals, tender evaluations, contract drafting, negotiations, awards, and execution. Coordinate technical, financial, legal, and commercial stakeholders while ensuring governance, transparency, value optimization, and risk reduction. Manage vendor relationships and provide clients with advice on contractual and commercial matters. Domestic and international travel may be required.
