Leads project cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, commercial analysis, and risk management. Reviews contracts, change orders, invoices, and payment applications; supports procurement negotiations; identifies cost overruns and mitigation strategies; presents performance updates to stakeholders; improves cost management processes and mentors junior staff.

Manages end-to-end cost management commissions, including estimating, cost planning, tendering, procurement, post-contract cost control, valuations, change management, cost reporting, value engineering, and final account negotiations. The role interfaces with clients and consultants, may lead cost management teams, supports business development, tracks project margins, and improves internal processes and knowledge management.

Lead health, safety, and environmental deliverables for large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities include establishing HSE governance and reporting systems, reviewing contractor HSE plans, conducting audits, meetings, training, and inspections, managing project documentation, driving client HSE objectives, and leading a team of five or more members through project delivery and closeout.
