Lead the brand’s creative vision, visual identity, narrative voice, and cross-channel campaigns. Direct and mentor designers, writers, and content creators; oversee concepts from brief through execution; collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams; and maintain high creative standards. The role also involves hands-on campaign design, video direction, copy refinement, trend monitoring, and presenting creative concepts to executives and stakeholders.

Lead design and scaling of autonomous multi-agent AI outreach systems: define strategy and architecture, implement RAG and persistent memory, optimize LLMs, integrate with CRM and data pipelines, enforce privacy and safety guardrails, measure KPIs, and build/lead cross-functional AI and growth teams.

Support full-cycle recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, maintaining ATS records, and managing candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
