Serve as customer advocate and product feedback conduit to Product and Engineering.

Manage legal-focused customer accounts to drive adoption of AI-based software: design success plans, onboard clients, analyze usage to remove adoption barriers, support renewals and upsells, gather product feedback, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.

The Solutions Consultant will drive sales by providing product expertise to support the sales team, analyze customer needs, manage sales cycles, and maintain relationships with customers while staying updated on industry trends in indirect tax and e-invoicing.
