Private Equity Intern supporting fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions. Responsibilities include due diligence, leveraged buyout and portfolio analysis, financial modeling, market research, underwriting, investment memorandum preparation, and presenting recommendations to the Investment Committee. The role requires strong quantitative, communication, collaboration, and Microsoft Office skills, along with full-time availability in Singapore from January through June 2027.

Supports Southeast Asia institutional business development by managing LP relationships, coordinating prospect follow-ups, RFPs, due diligence, onboarding, presentations, marketing events, Salesforce activity tracking, and strategic projects. The role also supports investor outreach and fundraising across private debt, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate offerings. It requires client-facing maturity, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, and English and Mandarin fluency.

Process and coordinate multi-country payrolls across APAC and LATAM, validate payroll inputs, perform gross-to-net checks, reconciliations, BlackLine reviews, ensure local compliance, support audits, collaborate with finance and vendors, and improve payroll systems.
