The Analyst will conduct sector-focused research, perform due diligence on private companies and PE funds, and analyze financial statements. They will present findings to the Investment Committee.

Process and coordinate multi-country payrolls across APAC and LATAM, validate payroll inputs, perform gross-to-net checks, reconciliations, BlackLine reviews, ensure local compliance, support audits, collaborate with finance and vendors, and improve payroll systems.

Support the IT help desk by triaging, logging, and prioritizing tickets; provide first-level troubleshooting for laptops, printers, mobile devices, email, collaboration tools and business apps; escalate complex issues with clear documentation; update knowledge base, assist with asset administration, and support IT projects while learning service management and user support processes.

Interns will analyze leveraged buyouts and private equity funds while conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and preparing investment memorandums. Interns collaborate with the team to evaluate investment opportunities and present recommendations.

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to four senior executives, managing calendars, communications, travel, and office logistics while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
