Leads talent acquisition across JAPAC and SAMEA by partnering with stakeholders, developing hiring strategies, advising on talent markets, managing end-to-end recruitment, and improving candidate experience. The role also manages and mentors recruiters, uses recruiting data and market insights to guide decisions, and supports inclusive hiring initiatives across Spotify.

Reviews Spotify ads and podcasts for policy compliance, manages review queues and SLAs, handles escalations, identifies emerging risks, collaborates on workflow and tooling improvements, and supports quality assurance through error reporting, feedback, and root cause analysis. The role requires clear stakeholder communication, prioritization, flexibility for assigned shifts, and comfort reviewing sensitive content.

Manage strategic distribution partnerships across APAC, analyze and enhance value from existing partnerships, drive cross-functional workstreams, and negotiate complex deals. Requires significant experience in business development within APAC markets.
